Performance Boxing for Fitness Professionals

The Performance Boxing course has been designed to give the fitness instructor or personal trainer the skills and knowledge to:

  • Safely design and implement boxing into group fitness or personal training
  • Display and teach the correct technique and movement for punching and holding focus pads and coaching mitts
  • Communicate positively with class participants and client to create positive relationships that will ensure people will be returning to your class or Personal training session
  • Successfully structure group training and personal training sessions and have the skills to vary sessions so participants never get bored of your routines

The Performance Boxing Instructor Course was designed in conjunction with Johnny Lewis, Australia’s leading boxing trainer who has trained five World Champions.

Trainers and fitness professionals can expect to learn correct punching technique, focus pad technique, wrapping and most of all the sequences and circuits that make boxing a fun, challenging workout for any client.

After finishing the performance boxing course, trainers will have an understanding and knowledge behind how boxing for fitness really should be taught.
