AST - Advanced Strap Training
Suspended training has been around for many years in one form or another. Most people would be familiar with gym rings and their use in the Olympics but they go back long before their first appearance in the Olympics. In the 1800’s the physical culture centres (gyms of old) would all use rings as a tool for training and strength development.
The AST course takes an in-depth look into strap training, with theoretical, practical and online learning of the highest level available.
