'Getting Back To Basics With Exercise Selection'
Aim of this Session
Learn how to get the most out of your sessions. Exercise selection can be confusing and the wrong choices can be costly for you and your clients. This workshop looks at fundamental movement patterns, their ‘best bang for buck exercises’ and how to perform them correctly.
Learning Outcomes
- To identify common problems with exercise selection
- To discuss methods for proper and effective exercise selection
- To identify and discuss ‘bang for buck’ exercises
- To demonstrate and teach ‘bang for buck’ exercises.
- To discuss hybrids, combinations and progressions of the discussed and taught exercises
This course is for Personal Trainers,Strength & Conditioning Coaches and all Exercise Professionals. For fitness professionals, to receive REPs CPD points delegates must be registered with REPs at level 2 or above.
